Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive mathematics curricula tailored for CLAT and IPMAT aspirants.
Conduct interactive classroom sessions, workshops, and doubt‑clearing clinics both offline and online.
Prepare high‑quality teaching materials, practice papers, mock tests, and solution guides aligned with the latest exam patterns.
Track student performance, provide personalized feedback, and implement remedial strategies to improve outcomes.
Collaborate with the senior academic team to integrate interdisciplinary concepts (e.g., logical reasoning, analytical skills) into the maths syllabus.
Participate in faculty development programs, departmental meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain a positive, engaging learning environment that fosters both academic excellence and personal growth.
Assist in organizing campus‑wide events, seminars, and guest lectures related to law and mathematics.

Essential Qualifications
Master’s degree or higher in Mathematics, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a related discipline.




Strong foundational knowledge of quantitative sections of CLAT and IPMAT (including Algebra, Geometry, Number Theory, Data Interpretation, and Logical Reasoning).
Demonstrated ability to explain complex mathematical concepts in a transparent, student‑friendly manner.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Passion for teaching and mentoring law aspirants, with a commitment to nurturing “Law, Life & Leadership.”

Desired Experience
Minimum 2–4 years of teaching experience for CLAT, IPMAT, or other competitive exam preparation programs.
Proven track record of helping students achieve top‑ranked results in national law entrance examinations.
Experience with both classroom and digital (online) teaching platforms.
Familiarity with Vidhigya’s teaching philosophy and ability to contribute to its Gurukul‑like environment.
