Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive to join our finance team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting tasks, assisting in financial reporting, and support internal and external audit processes.

This role requires strong organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to work independently in a quick-paced workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Record daily financial transactions including sales, quotations, purchases, and expenses.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts(including payment gateway reconciliation).
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
Support internal and external audit processes.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation (GST, TDS), and company policies.
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience in finance or accounting is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, data entry, reporting).
Familiarity with accounting software such as Vyapar,Tally ERP, Zoho Books, or similar.
Basic understanding of taxation (GST, TDS) and accounting principles.




Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with a rapid-paced, creative team.

Requirements

Prepare and file GST and TDS returns accurately and on time.

Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, budgets, and cash flow reports.

Monitor e-commerce transactions, marketplace settlements, payment gateway reconciliations, and vendor payments.

Ensure statutory compliance and coordinate with auditors and consultants.

Analyze financial performance, identify cost-saving opportunities, and support management with business insights.

Take ownership of finance-related responsibilities and contribute to process improvements across departments.
