Key Responsibilities:
Recruit a minimum of 5 insurance advisors every month.
Help advisors complete the IRDAI licensing process and explicit the IRDAI exam.
Train and motivate advisors to generate business and achieve sales targets.
Support advisors in customer meetings and sales activities.
Monitor advisor performance and ensure business growth through the agency channel
