About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Senior Sales Executive to drive sales for our real estate projects.
The ideal candidate should have a robust background in residential, commercial, plotting, or weekend home sales and a proven ability to achieve sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and convert qualified leads into successful sales.
Handle customer inquiries through calls, walk-ins, referrals, and digital platforms.
Conduct property presentations and site visits for prospective buyers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
Negotiate pricing and close sales effectively.
Maintain robust relationships with clients, channel partners, and brokers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups,
and customer interactions in CRM.
Coordinate with the marketing and project teams for campaigns and customer support.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Ensure complete documentation and smooth handover throughout the sales process.
Required Skills
Robust communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent sales closing and relationship management abilities.
Knowledge of real estate sales processes and documentation.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).
Minimum 5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Experience in residential, commercial, plotting, or weekend home projects will be preferred.
