YOUR ROLE

As part of the team at Bhaskara Consulting Group, you will work on internal audit assignments and get hands-on exposure to businesses across various industries.

Your key responsibilities will include:

MS EXCEL & DATA ANALYSIS
• Analyse large datasets and financial information
• Work extensively on Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS and other Excel functions
• Perform data analysis to identify discrepancies, exceptions and unusual trends
• Prepare audit schedules, working papers and reports

INTERNAL AUDIT
• Execute and support Internal Audit assignments
• Review business processes and internal controls
• Perform vouching and verification of transactions
• Verify invoices, bills, vouchers and supporting documents
• Identify process gaps, control weaknesses and potential risks




• Perform audit testing and document observations
• Prepare detailed audit working papers and reports

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Graduate / Post-Graduate in Commerce or related discipline
CA Inter / IPCC candidates preferred
1–2 years of relevant experience after graduation
Strong proficiency in MS Excel
Understanding of Internal Audit concepts and procedures
Knowledge of vouching and verification
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
High ownership and a team-oriented approach
