Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Network Engineer (L2) to manage, monitor, troubleshoot, and support enterprise network infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Fortinet security solutions, Network Access Control (NAC), SIEM platforms, enterprise firewalls, routing & switching technologies, VPNs, and network security. The engineer will provide Level 2 support, resolve complex network issues, and ensure high availability and security of the organization's IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide Level 2 support for enterprise network infrastructure.
- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Layer 2 and Layer 3 network devices.
- Install, configure, and maintain enterprise firewalls (Fortinet, Cisco, Palo Alto, Sophos, etc.).
- Configure and troubleshoot FortiGate Firewalls, FortiManager, and FortiAnalyzer.
- Implement and manage Network Access Control (NAC) solutions.
- Monitor and analyze security events using SIEM platforms.
- Configure VLANs, STP, EtherChannel, trunking, and inter-VLAN routing.
- Troubleshoot routing protocols including OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, and static routing.
- Configure and support switching technologies on Cisco/Fortinet switches.
- Manage VPN technologies including IPSec VPN and SSL VPN.
- Perform firewall policy creation, NAT, security policies, and access control.
- Monitor network performance and proactively identify issues.
- Handle incident management, root cause analysis, and problem resolution.




- Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and standard operating procedures.
- Coordinate with vendors and OEMs for issue resolution.
- Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices.
- Participate in planned maintenance and change management activities.

- Experience working in a 24x7 support environment is preferred.
