About the Role:-
Kotak Mahindra Bank is hiring experienced professionals for the position of Virtual Relationship Manager (VRM) for the Kotak 811 team. This is a direct payroll opportunity offering a fixed salary, attractive incentives, career growth, and comprehensive training.
Eligibility Criteria:-
- Graduate in any discipline
- Age: 2032 years
- Minimum experience in Banking Sales, Insurance Sales, Financial Product Sales, or BPO Sales
- Freshers are not eligible
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Good mathematical and numerical aptitude
- Candidates with polished customer interaction skills and outbound calling experience preferred
- No employment gap exceeding 6 months
- Immediate joiners will be preferred
Key Responsibilities:-
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote Kotak 811 and other banking products,
including general insurance and financial services
- Explain product features, benefits, and digital banking services
- Generate leads and acquire current customers
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate customer records and ensure timely follow-ups
Salary & Benefits:-
- Fixed CTC up to 4.5 LPA (based on interview performance)
- Monthly incentives up to 35,000
- Fixed working hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- 6 weekly offs per month (4 Sundays and 2 Saturdays)
