We are hiring a Middleware Engineer L1 one of our MNC company, in Pune.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L1 support for middleware environments.
- Monitor and manage application servers to ensure high availability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents within defined SLAs.
- Handle incident and service requests using the ServiceNow ticketing tool.
- Monitor application performance using AppDynamics.
- Perform basic Linux administration and troubleshooting.
- Execute SQL queries for application support and issue analysis.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate L2/L3 support teams.
- Maintain documentation and follow operational procedures.
