Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Purchase Executive with experience in FMCG procurement and exports. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end purchasing activities, including vendor development, sourcing, negotiation, and inventory control, while ensuring cost efficiency and timely procurement.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage procurement of FMCG products and raw materials for export operations
- Identify, evaluate, and develop new vendors/suppliers
- Handle vendor negotiations for pricing, quality, and delivery timelines
- Ensure timely purchase planning based on demand forecasts and inventory levels




- Maintain optimal inventory levels and avoid stock-outs or overstocking
- Monitor market trends and pricing to ensure cost-effective procurement
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics, warehouse) for smooth operations
- Ensure compliance with export documentation and procurement policies
- Track and improve vendor performance and maintain solid supplier relationships
