Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Data Management Specialist to support and manage HR operations across multiple geographies through a centralized HR service delivery model. The role will be responsible for ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely execution of employee lifecycle transactions while maintaining high standards of HR data quality and governance.

The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central , experience working in shared services or global business services environments, and a proven track record of handling high-volume HR transactions across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute end-to-end HR transactions across the employee lifecycle, including:
- Hiring and onboarding
- Employee data changes
- Transfers and promotions
- Compensation and organizational updates
- Offboarding and separations

- Maintain employee master data with a high level of accuracy and integrity in HR systems.
- Perform mass uploads and bulk data transactions within SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Ensure compliance with established service level agreements (SLAs), HR policies, and data governance standards.
- Support multi-country HR operations and collaborate with regional HR teams to deliver seamless HR services.
- Partner with Payroll, HR Technology, and Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to ensure smooth execution of HR processes.
- Monitor data quality, identify discrepancies, and drive corrective actions.
- Support internal and external audits by providing accurate HR data and documentation.
- Generate reports and analyze HR data to support business and operational requirements.




- Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to standardization and operational excellence initiatives.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 7 8 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, Global Business Services (GBS), or HR Service Delivery.
- Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (mandatory) .
- Experience supporting multi-country HR operations within a shared services environment.
- Proven experience handling high-volume HR transactions and mass data uploads.
- Strong understanding of HR data management and employee lifecycle processes.
- Knowledge of HR compliance, data governance, and service delivery best practices.
