Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage the entire tender process from bid solicitation to contract award, ensuring timely submission of tenders on GEM Portal.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and prepare comprehensive tender documents, including technical specifications, pricing strategies, and commercial proposals.
- Analyze bids received from various vendors to identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement in tender evaluation.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations and company policies throughout the tendering process.
Job Requirements :
- 1-3 years of experience in e-tendering or related field (government tender).
- Solid understanding of GEM Portal procedures for submitting tenders online.
- Proficiency in preparing complex tender documentation, including bid submissions, proposal writing, and budgeting.
