Roles & Responsibilities

- Dispense prescription medicines accurately while ensuring patient safety and regulatory compliance.
- Counsel patients on the correct use of medicines, dosage, potential side effects, precautions, and drug interactions.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing patient queries with professionalism and empathy.
- Manage pharmacy inventory, including stock availability, expiry monitoring, and storage as per pharmaceutical standards.
- Maintain accurate records of prescriptions, sales, inventory, and other pharmacy-related documentation.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable pharmacy laws, company policies, and standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with the pharmacy team to maintain efficient day-to-day store operations.

Desired Candidate Profile





- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) from a recognized institution.
- Valid State Pharmacy Council registration is mandatory.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a retail pharmacy or hospital pharmacy.
- Sound knowledge of medicines, pharmaceutical practices, and applicable regulations.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with pharmacy billing software is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- A responsible, ethical, and patient-centric approach with solid attention to detail.
