We, at Prithu Homes, are looking for a Principal Architect to join our Architecture Design team for architecture and interior of full scope residential projects executed on Design + Build basis.

Key Responsibilities:

- He/she will be heading a team of Project Architects to manage a group of projects
- Will be the key Client Relationship Manager. Should be able to understand the clients requirements and aspirations and mould them into our framework of working.
- Responsible for guiding their team to get the desired outcome timely.
- Understanding and implementing the companys processes and analysing them in terms of improvements and additions.
- Timely completion of the project




- Budget and schedule adherence
- Understanding and following the company processes
- Client satisfaction

Eligibility Criteria

- B. Arch from a recognised reputed college
- 6-10 years of work experience, preferably in residential projects.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in direct client interaction
- Strong understanding of structure and services applicable at residential level are a must
- Strong knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards will be preferred
- Strong people management skills
- Should have led a team of minimum 1-2 architects
- Excellent oral written English communication
- Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, Excel and word.
