1. To drive NABH accreditation and ISO certification initiative along with accreditation coordinator.
2. To regularly liase with chapter champions for core quality initiatives, closures on planned actions in their respective chapter.
3. To regularly capture mandatory quality indicators. To regularly educate people for proper capturing of these indicators so as the full compliance happens.
4. Adept exposure or strong knowledge of NABH 6TH EDITION standards and implementation.
5. Strong understanding of quality systems, patient safety, accreditation processes and compliance.
6. To drive / organize all quality meetings and ensure closures on actions planned.
7. Being chapter champion for CQI should ensure all actions/closure happens on time.
8. Ensure that all recent staff is inducted into the requirement s of the QMS related to their own roles and responsibilities. Provide update trainings as necessary.
9. Ensure that an internal and external audit happens on time as per schedule.
10. Analyze data on effectiveness of QMS and evaluate where continual improvements of the QMS can be made. This shall include data generated as a result of monitoring and measurement and from other relevant sources.
11. To capture and to report top management on the performance of QMS.
12. Ensure that a document control procedure is adopted to approve,
review and update all changes to critical documents within the scope of the QMS.
13. Coordinate continual improvements of QMS, ensuring that evidence of corrective and preventive actions taken are recorded and reviewed.
14. To update on weekly basis on the initiatives taken in core quality to MS.
15. To conduct core quality training for all respective staff on regular basis and to maintain record. Pre and post training evaluation is must for all the trainings.
16. To always be sensitive, proactive to quality from internal and external customer perspective.
17. To regularly take rounds from quality accreditation perspective take actions and to share feedbacks with Medical Superintendent on daily basis.
18. To prepare documents for various awards in quality for healthcare as and when required.
18. To ensure time management apply communication skills.
20. To always be proactive innovative to ensure implications related to NABH.
21. To undertake any other assigned responsibility as when required.
Preferred candidate profile:-
1. Minimum qualification required:-
- Graduation in any Medical background (BDS, BPT, BAMS, etc.) and
- Masters in Hospital Management.
2. Minimum 8-15 years relevant experience in Quality Management in a Hospital setup.
