We are hiring for an Airport Duty Manager role for our client, an airline / airport operations company.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee shift-wise airport ground operations across check-in, boarding, and baggage services
- Manage and lead ground staff teams to ensure smooth flight turnarounds
- Handle escalations, irregular operations (IROPS), and passenger service recovery
- Ensure full compliance with DGCA/BCAS safety and security regulations
- Coordinate with airlines, airport authority, and regulatory bodies during the shift
- Prepare shift reports and escalate operational issues to senior management

Required Skills

- Strong experience in airport/airline ground operations
- Proven team leadership and people management skills




- In-depth knowledge of aviation safety and security regulations
- Strong crisis management and decision-making skills under pressure
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills

Good to Have

- Prior experience as a duty manager/shift supervisor in aviation
- IATA/aviation management certification
- Experience managing IROPS situations
