Role & Responsibilities

* Generate and qualify leads through calls, referrals, and digital platforms.

* Connect with prospective buyers and understand their property requirements.

* Schedule and conduct site visits and property presentations.

* Follow up with clients to convert inquiries into successful sales.

* Build and maintain robust customer relationships.

* Coordinate with the sales and documentation team for smooth transactions.

Preferred Candidate Profile

* Graduate in any discipline (preferred).

*3-4 years of experience in real estate

* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

* Target-oriented with a positive attitude.

* Comfortable with field sales, client meetings, and site visits.

* Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
