Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Internal Auditor to conduct internal audits, strengthen internal controls, ensure statutory compliance, and identify operational and financial risks. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in FMCG or Manufacturing Industry with exposure to finance, inventory, procurement, production, and compliance audits.

The candidate should be willing to travel for plant, warehouse, branch, and process audits whenever required.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct internal audits of Finance, Accounts, Procurement, Inventory, Production, Sales, and Operations.
- Evaluate Internal Financial Controls (IFC), SOP compliance, and business processes.
- Perform inventory audits, stock verification, warehouse audits, production audits, and fixed asset verification.
- Review accounting records, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial transactions.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, and other statutory regulations.
- Identify process gaps, operational risks, financial risks, and control weaknesses.




- Recommend corrective and preventive actions to improve business processes.
- Prepare audit reports, present findings to management, and monitor closure of audit observations.
- Support implementation of internal controls, risk management practices, and process improvements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments during audit assignments.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Minimum 5 years of Internal Audit experience in FMCG, Food Manufacturing, or Manufacturing Industry.
- Experience in plant audits, warehouse audits, inventory audits, and finance audits.
- Strong knowledge of Accounting, GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, and statutory compliance.
- Good communication, analytical, and report-writing skills.
- Willing to travel outside Delhi for audit assignments.

Education

- B.Com / M.Com
- CA Inter / CMA Inter
- Skilled certifications in Audit, Finance, or Risk Management will be an added advantage.
