- Manage end-to-end Long Term Rental (LTR) operations.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Ensure timely vehicle deployment and fleet utilization.
- Monitor service quality, MIS, and operational KPIs.
- Resolve escalations and ensure SLA compliance.
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate with 3+ years of experience in Operations/Fleet Management.
- Experience in Travel & Tourism, Car Rental, Fleet, or Transportation.
- Strong communication, vendor management, and team handling skills.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.
