Role & responsibilities

- Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy for the company's real estate projects.
- Define brand positioning, campaign direction, and market messaging aligned with business goals.
- Create annual and project-specific marketing budgets, plans, and KPIs.
- Lead Generation & Demand Creation through different digital & Online channels.
- Brand Management & Communication: Build and maintain a robust brand identity for the company.
- Oversee creative development for brochures, AVs, hoardings, project branding, show flats, and digital assets.
- Digital Marketing Leadership:



Lead digital transformation and manage performance-driven digital campaigns.
- Market Research & Competitor Intelligence: Conduct market mapping, demand analysis, pricing studies, and competitor benchmarking.
- Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategy with sales targets; support channel partner programs, broker meets, and incentive-driven events.
- Assist in improving lead-to-conversion ratios through targeted campaigns.
