This role acts as a central authority between sales, finance, legal, and CRM teams, ensuring that bookings are properly documented, approved, and aligned with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Booking & Revenue Control

- Monitor and approve all property bookings, cancellations, and modifications

- Ensure pricing, discounts, payment plans, and incentives are as per approved policies

- Maintain control over inventory allocation and availability

Sales Coordination

- Act as a bridge between Sales, CRM, Finance, and Legal teams

- Validate booking forms, customer details, and unit configurations

- Ensure timely handover of booking files to CRM and legal teams

Compliance & Documentation

- Ensure booking compliance with RERA and internal SOPs

- Verify accuracy of booking documents, KYC, and payment receipts





- Coordinate agreement execution timelines with legal teams

CRM & Data Management

- Oversee booking entries in Farvision.

- Ensure data accuracy, audit trails, and reporting integrity

- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly booking and revenue reports

Risk & Audit Control

- Identify booking risks such as incorrect pricing, unauthorized discounts, or duplicate allocations

- Support internal and external audits related to sales bookings

- Implement controls to prevent revenue leakage

Process Improvement

- Develop and enforce booking control SOPs and approval matrices

- Streamline booking workflows for efficiency and transparency

- Train sales and booking teams on policies and systems

Team Leadership

- Lead and manage the booking control / sales operations team

- Set performance targets and conduct regular reviews

- Ensure high service levels and turnaround times
