Hiring: Team Leader cum Project Manager Delhi

Location: Delhi (Jal Shakti Project)
Experience: 8+ Years (Including 4+ Years in Social Media)
Qualification: Post Graduate in Business Administration (Marketing/Mass Communication/Event Management/Public Relations)

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader cum Project Manager to lead the execution of digital communication and social media initiatives. The ideal candidate should have robust project management capabilities, team leadership experience, and expertise in managing integrated social media campaigns for government, public sector, or large-scale corporate projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the end-to-end execution of the project, ensuring timely delivery of all milestones and deliverables.
- Supervise and mentor a multidisciplinary team comprising content writers, designers, photographers/videographers, video editors, and social media professionals.
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with project objectives.
- Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Prepare project plans, progress reports,



presentations, and performance dashboards.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and recommend optimization strategies.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, brand guidelines, and project timelines.
- Manage project risks, budgets, and resource allocation effectively.

Required Skills

- Proven experience in project management and team leadership.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing, and content strategy.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
- Experience working on government, PSU, or large-scale communication projects will be preferred.

Qualification: Post Graduate in Business Administration (Marketing/Mass Communication/Event Management/Public Relations)

Experience: Minimum 8 years of total experience, including at least 4 years in social media management.
