- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Attend inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information about the company's services.
- Generate and qualify leads through telecalling activities.
- Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, quotations, appointments, and service requests.
- Maintain a skilled and courteous approach during all customer interactions.
- Update customer information and call records in the CRM or internal system.
- Coordinate with the Operations and Sales teams to ensure timely customer support.
- Resolve basic customer queries and escalate complex issues to the concerned department.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to improve customer satisfaction.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and quality standards.
Note - this job is on rotational shifts basis.
