- Analyze metrics to measure recruitment performance against targets set by management and identify areas for improvement.

Job Requirements :

- 9-12 years of experience in leadership hiring or talent acquisition roles within an IT company or similar industry.
- Proven track record of successfully filling critical roles at senior levels through creative sourcing methods and effective communication with stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of US market trends in IT recruitment and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities under tight deadlines.
