This is a full-time HR Recruiter role located in Netaji Subhash Place. The role involves working onsite and is suitable for individuals who wish to develop a career in HR. The HR Recruiter will oversee the entire employee lifecycle, including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, benefits administration, and performance management. They will also play a critical role in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and driving employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work culture.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Demonstrated experience of at least 3-10 years in recruitment is required.
- Job Posting and sourcing best talent for the company in the available budget
- Should know how to make Job descriptions.
- Experience in developing employee engagement initiatives and training and development programs for employees.
- Excellent knowledge of employment law and HR regulations in India.
- High level of professionalism and discretion,
and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Sourcing and screening the candidates from various platforms and scheduling interviews of the potential candidates.
- Follow-up with candidates for post-employment reference checks, notice period, negotiations, etc. till joining.
- Understanding Clients JDs and specifications.
- Ability to interact, develop network and get the best resource for any given requirement.
