Designation- Guest Relations Executive (MALE and FEMALE BOTH)

- Locations: Kolkata | Mohali | Delhi | Jaipur | Bangalore | Hyderabad

- CTC: 3-3.2 LPA(19500 -21000 in hand)+ weekly incentive 3000-4500 (as per the performance) + 3 movies ticket in a month

- Qualification - Minimum 12th with 1- 4 years of experience into QSR/Hotel and Hospitality/F&B;/Premium Fashion brands.

Criteria- Candidate should have 12th qualified along with min 06-3 year of experience in QSR/Hotel/ Restaurant/Hospitality/F&B;/Fashion (Premium Apparel industries) and must be strong in comms.

Candidate should be in excellent grooming standards, and a highly presentable skilled demeanor.

- Fresher BHM can also be considered.

- Interview mode: F2F ON locations desired.

- MALE/FEMALE both can be applied.

- Payroll: On role

- Age: Under 30 years

- Shift: Rotational (9 Hours)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Guest Relations Executive for our MNC client in multiple locations for a leading Entertainment and hotel & Hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional guest experience by providing personalized service, handling guest queries, and maintaining high standards of hospitality.

NOTE - Fresher BHM/Diploma holders candidates can also be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival




- Assist guests with check-in, seating, and overall hospitality needs
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by proactively addressing concerns
- Coordinate with operations, housekeeping, and F&B; teams for smooth service

delivery

- Maintain guest records and update feedback logs
- Support special arrangements for VIP guests and events
- Uphold brand standards and service excellence at all times

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum 6 months of experience in QSR, hotel & Hospitality, restaurant, or F&B; , Premium fashion brand industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Pleasant personality and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to handle pressure and guest complaints calmly
- Basic knowledge of hospitality operations
- Team player with a proactive approach

Preferred Attributes:

- Grooming and presentation as per hospitality standards
- Multilingual ability is an added advantage
- Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
