We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Management Consultant to support strategic business transformation initiatives for clients across industries. The ideal candidate will work closely with business leaders to analyze complex business challenges, develop innovative solutions, and drive technology-enabled transformation. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, business acumen, stakeholder management skills, and a solid understanding of AI, digital transformation, and data analytics.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct market research, business analysis, and strategic assessments to identify business opportunities and recommend actionable solutions.
- Develop business cases, feasibility studies, and financial analyses to support strategic decision-making and investment planning.
- Design future-state operating models, including organizational structures, business processes, governance, and technology capabilities.
- Create technology blueprints and implementation roadmaps aligned with business objectives and digital transformation strategies.
- Support technology implementation, change management, user adoption, transition planning, and knowledge transfer activities.
- Apply AI, Generative AI, Machine Learning, Data Analytics, and Automation concepts to improve business processes and operational efficiency.
- Perform operating model maturity assessments, gap analyses,



and process optimization initiatives to enhance organizational performance.
- Develop innovation strategies and technology enablement roadmaps to drive continuous business improvement.
- Collaborate with business, technology, and operations teams to define product strategies, prioritize initiatives, and support successful product delivery.
- Analyze business and operational data using SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and Microsoft Excel to generate dashboards, reports, and actionable insights.
- Manage project activities using JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Project while ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
- Engage with internal and client stakeholders to gather requirements, facilitate workshops, present recommendations, and support strategic initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying operational gaps, optimizing business processes, and enabling technology-led transformation.

Required Qualifications

- Master's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of digital transformation, operating model design, and technology implementation.
- Fundamental understanding or hands-on experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI, Machine Learning, Data Analytics, or Automation.
- Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau, JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Project is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment.
