About the Role

We are seeking high-caliber ServiceNow Developers & Architects with hands-on expertise in ServiceNow AI capabilities to join our client's Global Technology & Innovation Practice.

In this role, you will lead or participate in designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions augmented by state-of-the-art AI engines specifically Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence, and Agentic AI frameworks. You will transform complex business workflows (across Tax, Finance, ITSM, and Custom Apps) into intelligent, automated digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

For Senior Consultant (4 7 Years):

- ServiceNow AI Implementation: Hands-on development, configuration, and fine-tuning of ServiceNow AI capabilities, including Now Assist (Generative AI features), Predictive Intelligence (classification/similarity models), and custom AI workflow integrations.
- Agentic & Automated Workflows: Design and implement intelligent agents and autonomous workflow triggers within ServiceNow to automate end-to-end operational tasks.
- Core Platform Development: Build robust custom applications using ServiceNow Studio, Service Portal (Widgets, AngularJS, HTML/CSS), Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes,



and Client/Server Scripts.
- Integrations: Build and manage enterprise integrations using Scripted REST APIs, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and mid-server configurations with external AI/LLM models or enterprise databases.
- Instance Management: Handle SDLC release processes, platform upgrades, patch management, and environment maintenance across Dev, Test, and Prod instances.

For Manager Level (10+ Years):

- Technical Architecture & Strategy: Define the strategic roadmap for enterprise ServiceNow AI deployments, including architecture, platform scalability, and AI governance.
- AI Solutioning: Architect solutions leveraging Agentic AI, Now Assist, and custom predictive/generative AI pipelines integrated into complex global business processes.
- Team Leadership & Delivery: Lead cross-functional agile teams of ServiceNow developers and technical leads; drive project estimation, delivery timelines, and technical quality standards.
- Client Engagement: Act as a primary technical advisor to senior business stakeholders, translating business/domain requirements (Finance, Tax, Operations) into scalable ServiceNow AI solutions.

Key Qualifications & Skills Required





Must-Have AI & Automation Experience:

- ServiceNow AI Stack: Proven experience implementing Now Assist (Generative AI), Predictive Intelligence (Machine Learning/Classification), and Agentic AI (autonomous agents/workflows).
- AI/LLM Integration: Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party LLMs, GenAI models, or external cognitive services via APIs.

Must-Have ServiceNow Development Skills:

- Core Modules: Deep expertise in ITSM, Custom Application Development (Scoped Apps), CSM, and Service Portal.
- Scripting & Development: Advanced proficiency in JavaScript, Angular JS, HTML/CSS, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and Script Includes.
- Integrations: Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services, and IntegrationHub.
- Upgrades & Instance Management: Proven track record in ServiceNow version upgrades, instance clones, and code deployment strategies.

Certifications (Highly Preferred):

- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITSM, CSM, or Generative AI / Now Assist Micro-Certifications.
