About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Lead Generation:

- Identify and engage prospective clients through strategic outreach.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Research market trends and identify new business opportunities.

Client Relationship Management:

- Develop long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business needs.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences and ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain regular communication to strengthen client engagement.

Sales & Presentations:

- Conduct professional sales and business presentations.
- Effectively communicate the company's products and services.
- Demonstrate value propositions tailored to client requirements.

Negotiation & Revenue Growth:

- Negotiate pricing, proposals, and business agreements.
- Close deals while maintaining strong client relationships.
- Consistently work toward achieving individual and team sales targets.





Sales Reporting & Pipeline Management:

- Maintain accurate sales records and CRM updates.
- Monitor sales performance and revenue forecasts.
- Provide regular reports on business development activities.
