QHT Clinic is one of Indias leading hair transplant and hair restoration brands. We are looking for an energetic and well-connected Influencer Partnerships Manager who can help us build robust relationships with creators across Instagram and YouTube.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and shortlist relevant influencers, creators and celebrities across Instagram and YouTube.

- Build and maintain a strong influencer database segmented by niche, city, followers and engagement.

- Reach out to influencers daily through DMs, emails, calls and talent agencies.

- Negotiate barter and paid collaborations.

- Build long-term relationships with creators and talent managers.

- Coordinate campaign execution from outreach to content publishing.

- Work closely with the marketing, content and creative teams to ensure campaigns align with brand goals.

- Ensure influencers receive proper briefs, timelines and approvals.

- Track campaign performance including reach, engagement, leads and ROI.

- Stay updated with Instagram trends, viral formats and creator ecosystem changes.

- Attend creator events and networking opportunities whenever required.

Requirements

- 2 5 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships or social media marketing.





- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Strong understanding of Instagram, Reels and influencer trends.

- Existing relationships with creators, talent managers or influencer agencies will be a major advantage.

- Comfortable making high-volume outreach calls and follow-ups every day.

- Highly organized with experience using Google Sheets, Excel or CRM tools.

- Ability to manage multiple collaborations simultaneously.

- Passion for beauty, aesthetics, healthcare or lifestyle content.

Bonus Skills

- Experience working with doctors, healthcare brands or aesthetic clinics.

- Familiarity with Meta Insights and influencer analytics tools.

- Understanding of creator contracts and content licensing.

Success in this Role

Within the first 90 days, you should be able to:

- Build a database of 500+ qualified influencers.

- Secure consistent weekly collaboration meetings.

- Close multiple influencer partnerships every month.

- Create a repeatable outreach system that continuously brings new creators to QHT Clinic.
