Work Location: Client Office, Delhi (candidate must be open to working from client office in Delhi).

- Key Responsibilities - Design and architect end-to-end Data Lake solutions, including ingestion, storage, processing, and consumption layers
- Define data architecture standards, scalability patterns, and security/governance frameworks for large-scale data platforms
- Lead technical design decisions across data pipelines, storage formats, and integration with downstream analytics/reporting systems
- Guide and mentor development and infrastructure teams on Data Lake implementation best practices
- Engage with client/senior stakeholders to align architecture decisions with business and regulatory requirements

Experience Minimum 18+ years of experience, with proven, hands-on experience architecting and implementing Data Lake solutions in the insurance sector or for government agencies

- Desired Skills Competencies - Strong general insurance business understanding, with the ability to align data architecture with insurance domain workflows
- Deep domain knowledge of the projects outcome areas,



backed by demonstrated Data Lake implementations of comparable scale
- Solid understanding of the challenges faced by customers and agents from a data, reporting, and analytics perspective, with the ability to architect solutions that directly address these
- Expertise in Data Lake technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, cloud-native data platforms such as AWS/Azure/GCP data lake services), data modeling, and large-scale distributed systems
- Strong stakeholder management and technical leadership skills, with experience presenting architecture decisions to senior/government stakeholders

Qualification

- B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science / Electronics / ECE / EE / ECS / IT Engineering, or MCA (relevant architecture certifications, e.g., cloud/data architecture, preferred)
