Key Responsibilities :

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in infrastructure, roads, mining, and industrial sectors

- Promote company products/services with a strong technical understanding

- Conduct site visits, client meetings, and technical presentations

- Prepare techno-commercial proposals, BOQs, and tender documents

- Coordinate with engineering and execution teams for solution alignment

- Handle government departments, PSUs, contractors, and consultants

- Track market trends, competitor activity, and upcoming projects

- Ensure closure of deals and achievement of sales targets

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering / Diploma in Civil (MBA in Marketing preferred)

- 2–5 years of experience in infrastructure / construction / industrial marketing





- Strong technical understanding of civil works (roads, soil stabilization, dust suppression, etc.)

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

- Ability to travel extensively and work on-site when required
