Job Summary :

Shah TC is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive - Recent Business Development to support our Sales & Business Development team. We are seeking candidates preferably from the pharmaceutical industry who have experience in business development support, lead management, customer coordination, and data handling.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage and track inbound and outbound business leads through various channels.
- Interact with customers to understand their requirements and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the Sales & Business Development team regarding lead allocation and lead status updates.
- Maintain accurate customer and lead databases.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports, lead trackers, and business dashboards.
- Analyze lead conversion and follow-up data to support business decisions.




- Ensure timely updates of customer interactions and lead progress in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth execution of business requirements.
- Support management with periodic reports, analytics, and operational data.
- Maintain high standards of data accuracy and confidentiality.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Candidates from the Pharmaceutical/Healthcare industry will be preferred.
- 24 years of experience in Business Development, Lead Management, Sales Coordination or Customer Coordination.
- Strong customer communication, presentation and persuasion skills
- Excellent data handling, documentation and analytical skills.
- Hands-on experience in CRM management and MIS reporting.
- Candidates from the Pharmaceutical/Healthcare industry will be preferred.
- Experience working on SAP and Salesforce CRM will be an added advantage.
- Candidates with strong MIS reporting, Excel proficiency, and data management skills will be preferred.
