We are hiring a Regional Head Wealth Management (Non-Playing Captain) for one of the leading financial institutions. This is a pure leadership role with no individual sales or client acquisition responsibility. The incumbent will lead and mentor Cluster Heads and Relationship Managers, drive regional business performance, strengthen client engagement, and ensure operational excellence while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and governance.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Business Management

- Lead and manage the Wealth Management business across the assigned region.
- Drive overall regional business growth through effective leadership and execution.
- Monitor regional performance, productivity, and business analytics to improve profitability.
- Develop and execute regional growth strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.

Team Leadership (Non-Playing Captain)

- Lead, coach, and mentor Cluster Heads and Relationship Managers.
- Build a high-performance culture focused on productivity, customer experience,



and collaboration.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide developmental coaching.
- Identify future leaders and drive succession planning.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
- 10 - 20 years of experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, Retail Liabilities, or Financial Services.
- Proven experience in leading large sales and relationship management teams.
- Solid understanding of wealth products, portfolio management, business planning, and client servicing.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills.
- Ability to drive regional performance through coaching, governance, and execution.
