Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-2 years of experience in sales or related field (insurance sales, loan sales).

- Strong understanding of direct channel sales principles and practices.

- Excellent communication skills for effective relationship-building with customers and colleagues alike.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team; robust time management skills required.
