Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Recovery Executive to manage overdue loan accounts and ensure timely collections. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with experience in handling customer follow-ups while maintaining compliance with company policies and RBI guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact customers through calls to recover overdue loan payments.
- Follow up with customers and obtain payment commitments.
- Negotiate repayment plans and resolve payment-related concerns.
- Achieve assigned monthly recovery and collection targets.
- Update customer interactions and payment status in the CRM/system.
- Escalate difficult or high-risk cases to the reporting manager.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth resolution of customer issues.
- Maintain accurate recovery records and prepare daily reports.
- Ensure all recovery activities comply with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Collections/Recovery, preferably in an NBFC or Fintech.
- Experience in handling Personal Loan, Payday Loan, or Digital Lending collections is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet recovery targets.
