- Assist the engineering team in designing, developing, and improving mechanical components and systems.
- Support production, quality, and maintenance activities on the shop floor.
- Prepare and maintain engineering drawings, documentation, and reports.
- Conduct inspections, testing, and data collection for process improvement.
- Assist in troubleshooting mechanical issues and implementing corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing projects.
- Learn and apply engineering principles to real-world manufacturing processes.
- Perform other technical tasks assigned by the reporting engineer.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Pursuing or recently completed a ITI/ Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, machine operations, and engineering fundamentals.
- Familiarity with CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, or similar) is an advantage.
- Understanding of engineering drawings, GD&T;, and measurement instruments.
- Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing/shop-floor environment.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to gain practical industry experience.
