We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Promoters to represent Oura Ring at leading retail stores. The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to educate customers about premium wearable technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell Oura Ring products to customers in the retail store.
- Explain product features, benefits, and functionality through effective demonstrations.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend the most suitable product.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain excellent customer service and ensure a premium shopping experience.
- Ensure products are displayed as per brand guidelines.
- Maintain stock availability and coordinate with the store team for replenishment.
- Capture customer feedback and share market insights with the reporting manager.
- Build strong relationships with store staff to drive sales.
Eligibility:
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- 0–5 years of experience in Retail Sales, Promoter, Consumer Electronics, Mobile, Wearables, or Lifestyle products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for sales and customer engagement.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
