We are hiring Data Annotator Interns for active LLM-focused projects. You will annotate, evaluate, and provide structured feedback on AI-generated outputs helping make large language models smarter, safer, and more accurate.

About Biz-Tech Analytics:

Biz-Tech Analytics powers AI model development for global AI labs and enterprises through expert-led data annotation, evaluation, RLHF, and human feedback workflows. Our Data Services team works on real, production-grade AI pipelines.

Responsibilities:

- Annotate and label data for LLM training, fine-tuning, and evaluation tasks

- Review and rate AI-generated text outputs for accuracy, relevance, fluency, and safety

- Follow detailed annotation guidelines and maintain high consistency across tasks

- Flag ambiguous cases and edge scenarios to the project lead

- Meet daily/weekly quality and throughput targets

- Participate in calibration sessions to align with project standards

Requirements:

Must Have: B1B2 English proficiency (reading, writing, evaluating English text all day non-negotiable).



Strong reading comprehension and attention to detail. Follows structured guidelines precisely. Available full-time, 6 days/week. Personal laptop/desktop with secure internet. Willing to accept fixed-term internship that may end early.

Preferred:

Prior annotation experience on LLM/AI projects (Scale AI, Outlier, Remotasks, Labelbox). RLHF, prompt evaluation, or AI output rating exposure. Background in linguistics, English literature, or writing-intensive fields.

Do NOT Apply: Written English below B1 level. Only seeking permanent full-time jobs. Cannot commit 6 days/week. Looking for developer/data science/analytics roles. Not comfortable with early termination clause.

Internship Details:

- Duration: Up to 3 months (may be shortened at any time based on project availability, with no advance notice)

- Work Mode: Remote (Work from Home)

- Schedule: Full-time, 6 days per week

- Stipend: INR 12,000/month
