Roles and Responsibilities

- Provide excellent customer support by responding promptly to customer inquiries via email or phone calls.

- Develop customizations using JavaScript, HTML, and SQL for specific business requirements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues affecting content delivery network performance.

- Troubleshoot issues related to CDN configuration, including DNS resolution, SSL certificates, and caching.

- Configure and maintain Liferay Content Delivery Network (CDN) instances.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Familiarity with HTML5 web development principles.

- Basic knowledge of JavaScript programming language for developing custom solutions.

- Solid understanding of Liferay Content Delivery Network (CDN) architecture and its components.

- 0-2 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry.

- Proficiency in configuring DNS settings on various platforms (e.g., Windows Server).
