We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive with 2-3 years of experience in HR Operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, robust organizational abilities, and hands-on experience managing day-to-day HR processes while ensuring a seamless employee experience.

Role & responsibilities

- Manage employee onboarding and documentation.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Coordinate attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
- Assist in employee lifecycle activities (joining to exit).
- Support payroll inputs and statutory compliance documentation.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain trackers.
- Coordinate with internal departments for HR-related activities.
- Ensure HR policies and processes are followed.




- Assist in employee engagement initiatives and HR events.
- Handle employee queries professionally and maintain confidentiality.

Preferred candidate profile

- 2-3 years of experience in HR Operations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of HR documentation and employee lifecycle.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional attitude with attention to detail.
- Any Graduate / Graduate in HR, BBA, or a related field.
- Experience with HRMS/HRIS systems will be an advantage.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
