Role & responsibilities

- Prepare and review structural designs and drawings for WTP, IPS, OHT, UGR, pump houses, intake structures, substation buildings, valve chambers, and distribution chambers
- Coordinate with site teams, PMC, and clients for timely submission and approval of drawings, targeting approval.
- Ensure all designs comply with relevant IS codes and codal provisions
- Standardize design templates for repetitive structures (OHTs, UGRs, intake structures) to improve turnaround time
- Participate in client and PMC discussions; provide technical explanations and codal justifications to facilitate drawing approvals
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (process, mechanical, electrical) to resolve design and site-based issues





- Prefered Candidate Profile

- M. Tech in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering (Structures), or a related discipline from a recognised institution with 5-8 years of experience.
- Robust working knowledge of Indian Standards (IS codes) and familiarity with international codes (ACI, AISC, BS EN, ASCE).
- Proficiency in structural analysis and design software: STAAD.Pro.
- Hands-on experience with AutoCAD.
- In-depth knowledge of RCC, structural steel, pre-stressed concrete, and composite structural design.
