Job Details
Role: Customer Service Executive International Voice Process (GDS Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries related to flight bookings, modifications, cancellations, and refunds
Assist customers with travel-related requests via voice support
Manage reservations and ticketing activities efficiently
Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless customer experience
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 6 months of experience in Customer Service / International Voice Process / Travel Support
Graduate or Undergraduate (any stream)




Experience with ticketing tools and reservation systems
Knowledge of GDS platforms (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, etc.) preferred
Excellent English communication skills
Comfortable working in 24x7 rotational shifts / Night shifts
Immediate joiners preferred
