Key Responsibilities

- Administer, configure, and optimize the NetSuite ERP workplace.
- Design, develop, and maintain NetSuite customizations using SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, SuiteTalk, and SuiteCloud.
- Build and support integrations between NetSuite and third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Develop custom forms, records, fields, workflows, saved searches, dashboards, and reports.
- Lead NetSuite upgrades, release management, testing, deployments, and data migration activities.
- Review code, create technical design documents, establish development standards, and mentor engineering teams.
- Drive solution architecture, performance optimization, and technical best practices.
- Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and other business teams to deliver scalable ERP solutions.
- Manage project delivery, technical documentation, incident resolution, and continuous process improvements.

Required Skills

- 8+ years of hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP development and administration.




- Strong expertise in SuiteScript (1.0/2.x), SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, SuiteTalk, SuiteAnalytics, and SuiteCloud Development Framework (SDF).
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, integrations, data migration, Git, GitHub, Jira, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of NetSuite modules including General Ledger (GL), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Inventory, Billing, Purchasing, Revenue Recognition, Asset Management, and OneWorld.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience leading engineering teams, conducting code reviews, mentoring developers, and driving technical excellence.
- NetSuite certifications (SuiteFoundation, Administrator, Developer, or equivalent) are highly preferred.
- Familiarity with PLM systems such as Arena is an added advantage.
