- Handling customer/dealer escalation and ensuring a fast resolution
- Handling customers incoming calls
- Customer/dealer data management on Excel/CRM
- Checking/Verifying and processing warranty claim
- Following up with service centers and other interdepartmental coordination.
- Working as back end service support
- Working on TAT monitoring
- Conducting regular customer and dealer satisfaction surveys
