Job Overview

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with 3+ years of hands-on

experience in managing and optimizing paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram)

and Google Ads platforms. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of

campaign strategy, audience targeting, budgeting, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads
- Conduct keyword research and audience research for campaign optimization




- Set up and optimize Search, Display, and Remarketing campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance, Perform A/B testing on creatives, copies, and targeting strategies.
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports, Coordinate with the creative team for ad creatives and copy suggestions.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with Meta Business Manager & Google Ads Manager
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics
- Understanding of performance marketing metrics, strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to optimize campaigns independently
- Basic understanding of funnel strategy and retargeting.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of practical experience in paid advertising
- Experience in e-commerce, SaaS based product, EdTech campaigns
- Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint
- Experience with conversion tracking setup.
