Role & responsibilities
1. MIS Reporting & Data Analytics
- Design, generate, and present comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports tracking recovery progress, dispatch volumes, and outstanding collections.
- Conduct aging analysis of accounts receivables from corporate tie-ups, TPAs (Third Party Administrators), insurance panels, and institutional clients.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue realization and billing turnaround times.
2. Recovery & Collections Management
- Track daily collections and payment realizations, highlighting bottlenecks and delays in revenue recovery.
- Coordinate closely with the billing, insurance desk, and finance teams to reconcile accounts and expedite outstanding payments.
3. Dispatch Operations & Tracking
- Manage the systematic dispatch of physical medical bills, insurance claim files, invoices, and supporting financial documents to corporate offices and insurance companies.
- Maintain meticulous digital logs of all dispatches, courier receipts, delivery acknowledgements, and transit statuses.
4. TDS Management & Compliance
- Verify and account for Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) deductions on vendor bills, professional fees, and corporate settlements in line with statutory regulations.
- Reconcile TDS ledgers with Form 26AS and Form 16A to ensure accurate tax filings and zero discrepancies.
- Support the internal finance team during audits by providing organized tax and recovery documentation.
Key Skills Required
Core Competencies: Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, large datasets), ERP/Tally/Hospital Information System (HIS) proficiency, Financial Data Analysis, and Accounts Receivable Management.
- Taxation Knowledge: Robust practical understanding of TDS concepts, rate structures, deduction processes, and quarterly reconciliation.
- Operational Skills: Excellent document tracking, inventory/dispatch management, and reconciliation capabilities.
- Analytical Mindset: High numerical aptitude, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities to identify revenue leakages.
- Communication: Good interpersonal and professional communication skills for coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Must be a Graduate in any related field.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of proven experience in an MIS, Data Analyst, or Financial Operations role (experience in the healthcare or hospital sector is highly advantageous).
- Technical Proficiency: Mastery of Advanced Excel is mandatory. Must be comfortable handling large datasets and creating dynamic dashboards.
- Tax Knowledge: Solid understanding of TDS rules, calculations, and reconciliation processes.
