- About the Role We are looking for a highly experienced and hands-on Senior .NET Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise-grade web applications.
- The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in ASP.NET Core, React.js, REST APIs, cloud-ready architecture, and modern frontend technologies, with a proven track record of delivering high-performance applications.
- The candidate will work closely with product managers, architects, AI engineers, and DevOps teams to build secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
- Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale web applications using ASP.NET Core (.NET 8/9) and React.js.
- Develop clean, reusable, and scalable backend services following RESTful API standards.
- Build responsive and intuitive user interfaces using modern frontend technologies.
- Design and optimize relational databases and write efficient SQL queries.
- Implement authentication and authorization using JWT and OAuth 2.0.
- Integrate third-party APIs and enterprise systems.
- Participate in architecture discussions and recommend best practices.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following coding standards.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
- Collaborate with QA, DevOps, Product, and UI/UX teams throughout the development lifecycle.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Requirements: Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering,



or a related field.
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack application development using Microsoft technologies.
- Strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core (.NET 8/9), ASP.NET MVC, Web API, Entity Framework Core, and LINQ.
- Extensive experience with React.js, Redux, React Router, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive UI development.
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design, development, documentation, and integration.
- Experience implementing authentication and authorization using JWT, OAuth 2.0, and role-based access control (RBAC).
- Hands-on experience with SQL Server and/or PostgreSQL, including database design, query optimization, indexing, and stored procedures.
- Proficiency with Git, branching strategies, and team-oriented development workflows.
- Experience using Swagger/OpenAPI for API documentation and testing.
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), SOLID principles, Design Patterns, and Clean Architecture.
- Experience developing scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications.
- Hands-on experience with asynchronous programming, dependency injection, and middleware in ASP.NET Core.
- Experience deploying and maintaining applications on IIS and working with CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and participation in sprint planning, code reviews, and release cycles.
- Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning skills.
- Strong communication, leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management abilities.
