Job Title: Key Account Manager / Senior Manager - Group Funds

Department: Group Business / Corporate Solutions

Core Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Client Acquisition

- Corporate Penetration: Drive the sales of Group Savings & Investment Solutions (Gratuity, Superannuation, Leave Encashment) to large and medium enterprises (MSMEs), Central & State Govt. entities & Public Sector Units (PSUs), etc.
- Trustee Engagement: Interact directly with Trustees and Trust Admin teams to pitch company capabilities and provide bespoke advisory solutions.
- Lead Sourcing: Cultivate sales funnels through active lead generation and cross-selling to existing Group Life insurance clients.

2. Relationship Management

- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and strengthen relationships with CFOs, Treasury Heads, HR leaders, etc.
- Partner Collaboration: Work with internal actuaries, investments, and regional bancassurance teams to ensure seamless client on boarding and quotation generation.

3. Portfolio Management & Advisory

- Fund Tracking: Monitor client investments and proactively engage with clients regarding their portfolios and market alignment.




- Market Intelligence: Track competitor offerings, pricing strategies, and industry trends to provide data-backed solutions to corporate clients.

4. Compliance & Operations

- Regulatory Awareness: Maintain a deep understanding of capital market developments, government regulations, and IRDAI compliance frameworks.
- MIS & Reporting: Track sales activities, maintain pipeline reports, and ensure accurate preparation of quotations and daily MIS.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: Graduate / MBA (Finance/Marketing) or equivalent postgraduate degree.
- Experience: Minimum 5-10 years of B2B/Institutional sales experience in financial services, specifically with life insurers' group verticals, Asset Management Companies (AMCs), or corporate banking.
- Skillset: Robust networking, key account management, commercial acumen, and excellent understanding of the Indian retiral benefits landscape.
