Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Architect with extensive experience in conducting comprehensive security assessments for diverse customers. The ideal candidate will evaluate existing security postures, identify gaps, and recommend strategic improvements to enhance defenses against evolving threats. The Security Architect should be able to design, implement, and oversee comprehensive security solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise and strategic vision to develop security maturity models and frameworks that align with business goals and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities and Duties :

1. Identify customers needs and requirements to determine solution, builds high quality solutions that meet client requirements and can be delivered profitably. Plan and gather information in order to define system objectives, and lead the technical discussions

2. Lead security assessment engagements for a wide range of clients across various industries.

3. Analyze and evaluate clients' current security architectures, policies, and controls.

4. Identify vulnerabilities, gaps, and weaknesses in security posture.

5. Develop detailed assessment reports outlining findings, risks, and remediation recommendations.

6. Collaborate with clients technical teams to understand their environment and security requirements.

Design and propose strategic security architecture improvements aligned with best practices and compliance standards.

8. Assist in the development of security roadmaps and implementation plans.

9. Design and develop enterprise security architecture around cloud, network, application, and data security solutions in alignment with organizational goals.

10. Define security policies, standards, and procedures to ensure best practices.

11. Stay current with industry trends, threats, and compliance standards like ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, DPDP etc.

12. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their security services.

Education and Experience :

1. Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications or related field

Required Skills/Abilities :

1. 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with proven expertise in security architecture and assessments.

2. Robust knowledge of security frameworks such as ISO 27001/27002, NIST, CIS, DPDP etc.

3. Hands-on experience with vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, attack surface management tools, security posture management tools and security audits.

4. Familiarity with security tools and frameworks (e.g., SIEM, firewalls, IDS/IPS, DLP, Cloud Security).

5. Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.

6. Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISA, CISM, SABSA, TOGAF) are highly desirable.
