Qualification :

Essential : MBA/ Post graduate degree or diploma in Human Resource management / Personnel Management (2 years Full Time) from Institute of repute.

Desired : - Degree / Diploma / certification related to Talent Acquisition.

Experience :

Essential : Around 3-5 years of experience as a corporate Recruiter in medium or small size industries.

Candidate should be well versed with Job portals like Naukri.com, LinkedIn, indeed, Job Hai, Hirest, IIM Jobs, Monster etc.

Desired : Experience in campus Recruitment / ATS applications would be an added advantage.

Exposure of hiring through HRIS - Darwin Box, People Soft, SAP, success factor Etc.

Position description : This role will own sourcing, Interview, Background verification and offer Coordination to hire current talent. The Job involves mainly coordination with consultant freelance hiring manager.

Primary Responsibilities :

- Posting on various Job portals.
- Sourcing/Screening, Short-listing Profile
- Execute behavioural based phone interviews, video conferences and/or in person interviews pre-screen candidates
- Conducting first round of telephonic interview for the candidates to schedule interviews.
- Maintaining HR records, such as those related to joining, leaves, exit etc..
- Preparation of CTC for offering.




- Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management.
- Conducting employee orientation and facilitating newcomers joining formalities including preparation of letters such as offer and confirmation.

Core Competencies :

- Proven work experience as a Corporate Recruiter.
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc.)
- Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc.)
- Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS)
- Management Systems (HRMS)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must have basic MS Excel knowledge to keep entries of interviewed candidates.

General :

- Age - Below 30 years.
- Male Candidate given be an added advantage.
- CTC - 3.6 LPA to 6.8 LPA approx. CTC Not a constraint for suitable candidate.
- Candidate should not be frequent job changer.
- Notice Period- Joining period Max 30 Days. We can buy notice period, if required
